Change of Address & Name

Important: To continue receiving MAOT information , you must file your changes with the MAOT office. If you move or change your name, please allow three weeks for the change to take effect.

Mail it to MAOT c/o Donna Caira at the address located on the Home Page. We took off the address so this needs to be Fixed.  It could say email Donna Caira at maot@gis.net.
