SIG Objectives:

 Participants will be able to understand the unique mental health needs of college students.

 Participants will be able to understand the contextual factors that influence the mental health needs of college students.

 Participants will be able to identify and apply lifestyle-based intervention strategies to assist college students with managing mental health concerns.
